How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
- Subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We cannot cancel it for you.
- On your iPhone: Go to Settings > Tap your Apple ID (Name) > Subscriptions > Select Momlumi > Tap “Cancel Subscription”.
Is the information provided by Momlumi medical advice?
- No. All content, AI reports, exercise plans, and trackers within the Momlumi app are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns.
How do I delete my data?
- You can delete your health data directly from the “Profile” screen in the app. Deleting the app from your device also clears any locally stored data.
